We work with Canadian products when we can, but everything is North American when we can't because good quality comes first.

The subscription service is customized to your four-legged's needs. Subscribe to your favorite products and choose how regularly you would like to receive them. We look after everything else.

Absolutely. If it's time for a new collar or leash, or he's been a good boy and deserves a new toy, you can add that to your order as a one-off.

Yes. But, you get a five per cent discount, it's delivered FREE in Toronto, your pup is getting excellent food, you don't have to think about it or go anywhere or drag anything or look at those eyes if you run out of kibble. But sure, you can cancel ;)

If you are in a condo building with a concierge, we will leave your delivery with them. If you are in a building that does not have concierge service please chat with us. If you are in a house, we will leave it at your front door.

There's approximately four cups in every pound of kibble dog food. 

So, to figure out the subscription delivery schedule for food, just consult the Feeding Guide to calculate how many days are within a bag before a new bag is to be delivered. There's also a Cups per Bag Guide for the brands we carry.
